Book your transfer between Singapore Changi International Airport and Singapore City Hotels here. This transfer service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This service must be pre-booked at least 72 hours prior to arrival. In case you wish to book the transfer within 72 hours of your travel date don’t worry just call our customer service and they will be happy to assist you with the booking.
You will be transferred to/from your hotel in a air-conditioned coach along with other passengers.
Note: When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight and hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the flight and hotel information.
Please note that it is not possible to request pick up at a private residence.
Instructions upon Arrival at the Airport:
At Singapore Changi International Airport Passenger should always try to leave the Baggage Claim Hall using the correct Exit.
Terminal 1 & 2 & 3: Passenger should exit from the gate nearest to baggage claim belt (4 baggage claim belts shared one common exit). The local isango! partner representative will be stationed directly outside the Exit and will be holding TOUR EAST meeting board.
If you cannot find the representative there or leave the baggage claim area from another exit, please contact the Airport Information Desk and ask for Tour East Representative at the following counters:
Terminal 1 - Counter GTC 5 (across from Belt 20 - 23)
Terminal 2 - Counter CTR 15 (across from Belt 36 - 37) for flight arrival between 07:30am to 09:30pm.
Terminal 3 - Counter 6 (across from belt 41) for flight arrival between 01:00pm to 09:00pm.

Instructions for departure to the Airport:
Please call the local isango! partner at least 48 hrs before your departure to confirm your pick up time for transfer to the airport. Pick up will be from the lobby of the hotel.
