Guests should contact the local isango! partner (details given with your booking voucher) on arrival in Singapore to arrange the FREE 1 way pick-up from your hotel to the Tourist Hub at 0900h (09:00am) or 1100h (11:00am) or 1300h (01:00pm) to exchange your voucher for the smartcard.
If you choose to make your own way to a Tourist Hub to collect the card, you can visit either:
