  • Overview

Just across the water from Singapore, Batam is a refreshing day excursion away from the hustle and bustle of Singapore.

Embark on an early morning ferry ride from Singapore harbor and once you reach the shores of Batam, get ready to explore the city. Walk past the extensive Barelang Bridge and visit Batam’s popular dry food shop. Choose from a wide range of crackers and kerupuk, fish crackers, prawn, potato and tempeh to take back home. With so much to see, you might want to relax a bit. Enjoy a 60-minute massage and recharge for the rest of the tour.

After little more exploration, it will be time for lunch. Your guide will take you to a local Indonesian restaurant for a buffet lunch. Then you will head to the largest coffee factory in Batam - 70 Fahrenheit Koffie Batam, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or buy the different variety of coffee. Your factory tour will be led by a coffee expert who will explain you the process of making coffee and how to make that perfect brew.

Continue your tour to Kampung Tua Village that upholds their traditional way of life, culture and rituals. At the end of the day, you will head back to Singapore.
